Veterans Got Talent is a fresh concept for the traditional job fair. Employers will have booths as they have in the past but we are adding an innovative assessment tool!! It is an oversized board game (up to 12 players) in which participants play in teams and answer questions. An example: “Name something you have learned about leadership while serving your country.” |
